90D is a limited edition curated dining experience led by 3-Star Michelin Chef Toraik Chua, with the evening orchestrated by international light artist Jun Ong.

A deliberate symphony of taste, sound, and light — where every course, every pour,and every moment is composed with intention.

One seating per night only. The evening moves as one.

Timing & Service Flow

Dinner Briefing / Sunset Cocktails begins from 7:00 – 7:30 PM.

Dinner begins strictly at 7:30 PM SHARP and flows into the after-party.

The experience follows a programmed progression of taste, sound, and light.
To protect this rhythm:

  • We are unable to delay the start of the experience.
  • Courses will be served according to schedule.
  • We do not pause, re-fire, or reset the sequence for late arrivals.

We strongly encourage guests to arrive on time and together.

Once the evening begins, it moves forward with intention.

Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows

All reservations require credit card confirmation to secure your seat.

A RM200 deposit per guest is collected at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final bill.

Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 72 hours prior to your reservation.

Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to the deposit per guest.

As seats are limited and intentionally allocated, empty seats disrupt the integrity of the experience.

Menu & Dietary Considerations

All guests participate in the tasting menu experience, with pairing selections chosen during booking.

Menu prices are exclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.

The menu may include seafood, shellfish, meat, seasonal produce, and occasionally raw preparations.

Due to the precision of the experience, we are unable to accommodate:

  • Vegan
  • Gluten-free
  • Dairy-free
  • Egg-free
  • Extensive menu modifications

We do provide menu alternatives for all conditions listed below:

  • Vegetarian
  • Beef*
  • Nut
  • Shellfish

*For guests who cannot consume beef, please indicate within “Reservation Notes” and we will provide an alternative option during actual dinner service.

All allergies must be declared at the point of reservation under “Dietary Restrictions”. We will provide alternatives within the structure of the menu during actual dinner service.
