The People Behind The Night.

Ninety nights. One shared vision.

90D brings together world-class Malaysians talent across taste and light to create an experience that exists nowhere else. One shapes the night through flavour. The other through the atmosphere.

Together, they transform dinner into something worth remembering.

TASTE
Chef Toraik Chua

3 Stars.
One Chef.

Born in Kedah, Malaysia, Chef TC trained in Kuala Lumpur before refining his craft in some of the world’s most influential kitchens, including Noma in Copenhagen.

Today, he serves as Executive Chef of the three-Michelin-starred Zén Singapore. For 90D, he brings that journey into a dinner party designed to surprise.

90D. Never again.

From Kedah To Copenhagen.

Some chefs preserve tradition.

Others redefine it.

Chef TC’s journey has taken him from local kitchens to the highest levels of global gastronomy. Along the way, he learned that great cooking does more than satisfy.

It comforts.
It provokes.
It lingers.

90D. Never again.

The Menu, By Chef TC

Eight courses. Eight chapters.

Local references meet world-class technique. Familiar ingredients are approached with curiosity, restraint, and precision. Some dishes bring comfort. Others challenge expectations.

Each course exists to move the story forward. Simple on the surface. Detailed where it matters.

90D. Never again.

Beyond Fine Dining.

At 90D, Chef TC steps beyond the conventions of the restaurant.

Taste moves with light and sound. Conversations unfold. The room shifts with every course.

For 90 nights only, Michelin-starred craft takes on a different form.

90D. Never again.

LIGHT
Jun Ong

International Stages. One Vision.

Kuala Lumpur-based artist and architect Jun Ong explores how artificial light reshapes the way we experience space.

His installations have appeared at Art SG, Art Central Hong Kong, iLight Marina Bay, and the Taiwan Lantern Festival. His five-storey installation, Star, earned a nomination for World’s Best in Spatial Art at the Media Architecture Biennale in Sydney.

At 90D, his next canvas is the dinner table.

90D. Never again.

From Public Spaces To Intimate Moments.

Jun Ong’s work has transformed galleries, festivals, and city skylines across Asia.

But at its heart, his practice has always explored the same question: How do we make people feel something?

Anticipation.
Wonder.
Stillness.
Connection.

Because before we remember what we saw, we remember how it felt.

90D. Never again.

Big Bang

At the centre of 90D stands the Big Bang.

A monumental light installation created exclusively for this experience.

As each course unfolds, light expands and contracts with the rhythm of the evening. Energy builds. Tension softens. The room transforms without a single word being spoken.

The space itself becomes part of the performance.

90D. Never again.

Beyond The Gallery.

Most people encounter Jun Ong’s work in galleries, festivals, and public spaces.

For 90 nights, it becomes intimate.

An opportunity to experience one of Southeast Asia’s most celebrated light artists in a way never seen before: Over dinner.

90D. Never again.

Taste. Light. Sound.

One chef.
One artist.
Ninety nights.

Never again.
